⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly recommend. We found Josh from a Google search. A couple months ago one of our units was not working at all and not cooling, was also very loud when it was working. Josh came out exactly when he said he would, changed out parts and our old thermostat. He also ordered us a fan which was causing the noise and came back out a couple days later when it arrived exactly when he said he would. Kept us informed the entire time of when the part arrived and when he would be back out. Fast forward to yesterday we called Josh because our 2nd unit was not cooling and the line kept freezing. He came out today exactly when he said he would. Let us know when he was on the way, showed up and fixed our 2nd unit. He's very knowledgeable, kind, and has extremely fair prices! He is our go to guy. It is always nice to find a genuine company you can rely on. Way better than working with a major company with answering services and being overcharged or being quoted for things you don't actually need.

After calling around to just about everyone in cullman and a few in Decatur I called Josh at Veterans C&H. I needed a new furnace installed and a water heater, no one would do both but Josh said he could do it. His price was literally 1/3 of what others wanted to just install the furnace! Very courteous and friendly and he showed up right on time and it took him less than 2 hours to install both the furnace and water heater! Professional quality work and I will definitely hire him again and I highly recommend Veterans Coolibg & Heating!

Awesome company! Josh came out on a Sunday when our heat went out just before one of the coldest weeks of the winter. Where most companies take advantage of you when they know you’re in a bind he didn’t. Had our heat back going in no time and explained everything that he did to fix the problem. Price was great and we’re back in business for the cold days ahead. We will be using them from now on.

I called Veterans off a google search, I had a quote from another company and something just didn't seem right. Veterans showed up on time and diagnosed the problem as a broken bracket that holds the fan motor and the other company quoted me to replace the motor and electrical breaker. He saved me almost $1000, I truly appreciate the honesty and integrity of this company.
