We install central split systems, heat pumps, and ductless mini-splits. Central systems are the right call for most Cullman-area homes that already have ductwork. Efficiency ratings have changed. New systems are measured in SEER2, and the minimum efficiency in the southeast is now 14.3 SEER2. Higher-efficiency systems cost more up front but pay back over the life of the equipment. We will show you a few options at different price and efficiency points so the decision is yours, not ours.
Once your system is in, we verify static pressure, set the refrigerant charge by superheat or subcool, check the condensate drain, and run the system through a full cycle. You should not have to wonder whether the install was done right, so we show you the numbers and walk you through what to expect.
